Registration Information

Earlybird registration closes on Friday 11 March 2011.
All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Pre-registration will close midday, Thursday 5 May 2011 (AEDST*).Registrations after this date must be made onsite at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Registration Fees

 

1. AWA Member rates apply to Individual Members or one employee of a Corporate Member. To become an AWA Member, phone +61 2 9436 0055 or visit www.awa.asn.au.
2. Registrations for Full Time Students must be accompanied with a photocopy of a student card and a letter from the university/college declaring full time student status.
3. AWA YWP Member rates apply to Individual YWP Members only.

 

Registration Inclusions

Full Registrations

• Attendance at conference sessions and trade exhibition (Monday 9 May – Wednesday 11 May)
• Satchel including program, abstracts, USB containing full papers and list of participants
• Morning tea and lunch (Monday – Wednesday)
• Afternoon tea (Monday – Tuesday)
• Closing drinks (Wednesday)
• Welcome Reception (Sunday 8 May) – Limited to the first 650 Registrations – Not available for Onsite Registrations

N.B
1) Welcome Reception is NOT included in the Onsite Rate.
2) At Ozwater'11 the Gala Dinner is NOT included in the registration fee, however,  the registration fee has been reduced accordingly. Tickets are limited and must be purchased separately and are only available until sold out.
3) Corporate tables of 10 at the Gala Dinner have been totally sold out are no longer available
.

Day Registrations

Day registrants will be entitled to the following on the day(s) chosen:
• Attendance at conference sessions and trade exhibition
• Satchel including program, abstracts, USB containing full papers and list of participants
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (Monday and Tuesday)
• Morning tea, lunch and closing drinks (Wednesday)

N.B. If registering for more than one day, only one satchel and contents will be issued per delegate.

 

Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
1. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.Diners Club is not accepted.

2. Personal or Company cheque (Australian delegates only) made payable to Ozaccom Pty Ltd.

3. International Bank Draft drawn on an Australian bank and branch.Please note online registrations can only be paid by credit card.

All payments must be sent to Ozaccom. Please do not send payment to Australian Water Association.

 

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations must be notified in writing to Ozaccom. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellations received prior to Friday 11 March 2011: Full refund less a $150 administration charge.

Cancellations received between Friday 11 March 2011 and Friday 29 April 2011: Full refund less a $450 administration charge.

Cancellations received after Friday 29 April 2011: Refunds will not be issued.

Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.

 

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located on the Plaza Level of Adelaide Convention Centre. You are encouraged to register on Sunday afternoon to avoid queues on Monday morning.

Registrations must be collected before attending the Welcome Reception or any session.

Opening Hours:
Sunday 8 May 1200 – 1900
Monday 9 May 0700 – 1730
Tuesday 10 May 0730 – 1730
Wednesday 11 May 0800 – 1500

Staff will be onsite Thursday 12 May to assist delegates attending technical tours.
